The Tuscia offers a wide selection of restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias and restaurants where to taste the typical dishes of local tradition and try new delicacies. Report them all would be wasteful.

Farm holidays L'Alloro

It was born on the foundations of a medieval cistern and is surrounded by greenery, just a few steps from the Lamone Wood. Here you can find the Tuscia products: meats, vegetables, game, meats and cheeses from Maremma. Mushrooms on their own, toasted bread seasoned with oil, home liquor made from the laurel trees that decorate the outside. Do not miss the wild boar served with mashed potatoes in the oven.

Restaurant La Rocca

Located near the Farnese Fortress of Capodimonte, the small restaurant can accommodate only 30 seats in an intimate and charming place. The kitchen serves traditional dishes in accordance with the seasons. Do not miss the meat menu but here they prefer the proposals based on lake fish. In summer you can have lunch in the charming little corner under the powerful Farnese palace designed by Antonio da Sangallo.

Restaurant La Voltarella

Located in the heart of Valentano, is a warm and cozy place made from old cellars dug into the tuff. The dishes are traditional local food: beans of Purgatory dressed with olive oil, lentil soup, "gnocchi" with meat sauce, chickpeas "of the straight furrow" cocked in the pan, lamb "a bujone".

Restaurant La Cantina del Mago

In the picturesque village of Latera, located in a traditional alleyway, the restaurant hosts only 28 seats to propose regional cuisine: ravioli with wild boar sauce, spaghetti "alla chitarra" with pumpkin rocket and pine nuts, grilled meat and game, mushrooms and vegetables.
